Catholic Engaged Encounter is a wonderful gift of love our couples have given to each other and their marriage. The level of communication between us has dramatically changed. The two of us now have better understanding of our feelings towards God and the Church.
Father Bernie is a hoot! We loved his jokes. But most importantly we loved having the time to get our thoughts on paper and dialogue about these important topics. We both agreed that we felt like we were already prepared for marriage, but the talks really brought it home that life will bring lots of challenges. Thanks to the team couples for sharing their beautiful witness to their marriages. We love you guys!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We didn't realize how much we needed to talk about. We were able to work on a few things this weekend and get on the same page. There's still a lot to discuss, but we are definitely on the right path to a successful marriage.
We cannot say thank you enough. Luis and I really connected on another level this weekend. God is the most important part of our relationship and He really spoke to our hearts on Saturday night. What a blessing Father and the talk team were to us. Thank you Father for praying with us. I am so happy we were able to make the time especially with Luis living in Orlando right now. Engaged Encounter has been such a wonderful experience for us. The writing and dialogue has laid a strong foundation for us to begin a meaningful, God-centered marriage.
